Returns & Exchanges

At Bacca Bucci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery provided the items are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original Bacca Bucci brand box along with all tags, labels, and accessories, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please hand over the securely packed parcel to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
